Check the appearance quality selected materials

① PCB plates and processing quality;

② IC devices brand and consistency;

③ luminous dot quality;

Check the circuit design of the circuit design specifications, PCB layout meets the technical requirements of LED display

Check the welding quality

Check whether there are elements missing patch stickers, stickers wrong phenomenon, whether there is a short circuit component pin glitch phenomenon. Checking whether direct plug-in joints smooth and mellow, the board is clean and tidy, no Weld weld. Check the luminous dot of ink cartridge flatness and color consistency.

Power test (refer to the "Performance Test Report" steps)
